U-Vet Werribee Animal Hospital provides a general practice primary care veterinary clinic, here to meet the needs of you and your pet.

Primary Care is your small animal local GP.  We care for all small animal pets from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits and reptiles.

We understand that your pet is a family member, so we provide the same care and attention we would like our own pets to receive. Your pet will also get plenty of extra cuddles from our students and nursing staff.

Our general practice consults in one of Australia’s leading comprehensive veterinary hospitals.

We have separate dedicated wards for cats, dogs and for a range of exotic pets such as birds, reptiles, amphibians and small mammals including rabbits, guinea pigs, sugar gliders and more.

Our vets are supported by a wonderfully dedicated and highly qualified nursing team.

Our general practice team coordinate with our other specialist services all of whom can assist in providing the best comprehensive care to make the best decisions for you and your pet.


The Primary Care works within U-Vet Werribee Animal Hospital. We can provide all your daily veterinary care needs from basic health checks and advice in our consulting rooms to in depth diagnostic procedures, radiology, pathology, dentistry and surgeries using our extensive hospital facilities and expertise including referrals to specialist surgery, anaesthesia and pain management, internal medicine, oncology, and neurology if advised.
